How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed with cleared payment before 2pm Adelaide time (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day. Delivery times will depend on your location and chosen method of shipping. Please refer to our Delivery Information page where you can calculate estimated shipping times and view more information.

Are the products on your site in stock?

Yes. Partyrama Group works hard to maintain accurate stock levels so the items you buy are on-hand and ready to ship to you immediately.

If an item has sold out, it will be displayed as either "Out of stock" or "Discontinued product". If the item is discontinued, then the item is out of stock, and we will not be restocking. Otherwise, if it is simply out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my order?

Partyrama Group has various payment options for your convenience. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Zip, PayPal, and Direct Deposit payments. These options will be presented to you at the checkout and you can choose the option that suits you best.

Where do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the 'Apply Coupon Code' drop-down box when viewing your Shopping Cart.

How do I use my store credit?

You will be given the option to use your store credit in the payment section at checkout if you are logged in to your account.

Where are you located?

We are an Australian owned and operated company. All products are picked and packed with care by our amazing team in our Adelaide warehouse and we have dedicated customer service specialists ready to assist with any questions you may have.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer a convenient and free same day* click and collect service from our warehouse in Reynella, South Australia. If you are also located in South Australia, you will be able to choose Click and Collect after entering your postcode at the checkout. Please place your order online and the necessary details will be given to you at the checkout.

*Same Day Click and Collect: Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) will be ready for collection the same day. Please allow 3 business hours from placing your order for collection. You will receive a notification email and SMS once your order is ready. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Click and Collect orders must be collected within 14 days of placing an order. Any orders not collected after 14 days will be refunded following our Change of Mind Return Policy.

How do I cancel/modify my order?

Once your order has been submitted it goes directly to our warehouse for processing. If you need to cancel or modify your order you need to contact us immediately to determine if we can accommodate any changes. We will try to help, however, please understand we have an extremely quick turnaround time and high volumes of orders so requests to alter an order are not always possible.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, at Partyrama Group, customer satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. We understand that sometimes you may have over-ordered, changed your mind, or an item might not be exactly as you imagined, and for that reason we happily accept returns.

What do I do if I have received damaged/incorrect merchandise?

You must notify us immediately if you have received a product that is defective, incorrect, or significantly did not match the description. You will be entitled to a credit, refund, or replacement.

What do I do if I receive my order and an item is missing?

Our digital packing system is designed to ensure you receive everything you ordered. If you believe your order is incomplete, please ensure you look thoroughly through the entire order and any packaging materials. Any claims of missing items must be reported before any packaging from the order is discarded and within 30 days of receipt of your order. Disposing of any packaging before reporting a missing item will void any claim.
