How much does delivery cost?

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide:

  • Regular shipping is $9.95 (or Free for orders over $99)
  • Express shipping is $14.95.

Estimate Shipping Times

Delivery dates indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guaranteed date of delivery. Over 90% of orders will be delivered early or within the estimated time frame, however, carrier delays can occur and, therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the estimated delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order, obtain a refund for delivery fees, or receive an immediate refund for your order. If needed, late parcels can be returned for a refund under our Change of Mind refund policy.

If you require urgent delivery, we recommend you choose the Express Delivery option at the checkout. When choosing this option, you accept that Express is the fastest service we can offer and not a guaranteed next-day delivery. Please use the delivery estimate link above to get the most accurate Express estimate for your postcode.

When will my order be dispatched?

We offer a Same-Day Shipping Guarantee. Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (Adelaide-time) on all South Australian business days will be dispatched the same day.

In rare circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to events like power failures and, software malfunctions) shipment of orders may be delayed.

Please keep in mind that, even though we dispatch promptly, delivery dates can be affected by circumstances beyond our control and may be updated by the third-party carrier after dispatch.

Who do you ship with?

Orders are sent via either Australia Post, Team Global Express. The carrier and tracking number can be found in the shipment email you receive once your order has been dispatched.

The carrier used is chosen to best suit the delivery method you choose and your location, however, if you have a preference of carriers please contact us before ordering to discuss.

What should I consider to ensure a hassle-free delivery?

We aim for first time delivery. Please ensure you enter your address details in full and correctly. Any omissions to details (ie business names of a work address) may cause issues for successful delivery. Consider also using a PO Box.

Australia Post deliveries will generally require a signature on delivery. Their E-Parcel service may give you the option to request the Safe Drop option via SMS or email. This is an agreement made between the receiver (you) and Australia Post prior to the delivery of your parcel. If you opt-in for Safe Drop with Australia Post, we will not be held liable for the non-receipt of your parcel. Parcels that cannot be delivered in person or Safe Dropped will be taken to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection within 14 days.

Team Global Express deliveries will either be left in a safe place at the delivery address or taken to a nearby Service Hub or Depot for you to collect at your convenience within 7 business days.

Hundreds of thousands of happy customers know us for our fast dispatch, and the majority of deliveries are a seamless experience. If, on the rare occasion, you encounter an issue with your delivery please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes, we offer a convenient and free same day* click and collect service from our warehouse in Reynella, South Australia. If you are located in South Australia, you will be able to choose Click and Collect after entering your postcode in checkout. Please place your order online and the necessary collection details will be provided in checkout.

*Same day Click and Collect. Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding SA local and national public holidays) will be ready for collection the same day. Please allow 3 business hours from placing your order for collection. You will receive a notification email and SMS once your order is ready. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Click and Collect orders must be collected within 14 days of placing an order. Any orders not collected after 14 days will be refunded following our Change of Mind Return Policy.

Oversize/Restricted Items and Bulky Orders

Some products/orders may have shipping restrictions based on size, quantity, or type. They are as follows:

  • Over-sized items that cannot be sent via an Express service.
  • Bulky orders* that cannot be sent for our flat rate delivery pricing.
  • Dangerous Goods (eg aerosol cans, smoke or confetti cannons) that cannot be sent via an Express service.
  • Single-use plastics that have been banned in various states/territories.
  • If a product has a restriction, you will find this noted in the product description. You will also be notified in checkout if your cart contains a product that cannot be sent to your location or sent via an Express service.

    *For bulky orders in excess of normal retail quantities, we reserve the right to negotiate a revised postage price if necessary.
